Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and attendance at events organised by Au Wondermoments ("we", "us", "our"), a live, in-person events company hosting casino-style entertainment at our physical venue.
Nature of Our Services
Au Wondermoments provides themed, casino-style entertainment for private and corporate events. All activities are entertainment-only and involve no real-money wagering. Our services are strictly offline: guests must physically attend our venue to participate in any casino-style activity, game, or package.
Bookings and Payment
- Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received, as agreed in your quote.
- Package prices, guest numbers and durations are outlined at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.
- Any changes to guest numbers, date, or package must be requested at least 7 days before the event where possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date may not be refundable, as venue and staffing preparations will already be underway.
Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward hosts, staff and other guests. Au Wondermoments reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the venue if their behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
Liability
While we take reasonable care to ensure a safe environment at our venue, Au Wondermoments is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from attendance at an event, except where required by Australian consumer law.
Intellectual Property
All branding, game formats and materials used during our casino-style events remain the property of Au Wondermoments and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from a booking will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
